Kindly be informed that UTP will conduct briefing & interview session as
follows;

1. 5 Nov 2007 - Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember
2. 7 Nov 2007 - Universitas Indonesia
3. 9 Nov 2007 - Institut Teknologi Bandung
4. 12 Nov 2007 - Universiti Gaja Mada

The details as per attached. Appreciate if you can forward the info to
your friends in Indonesia so that they could attend the session. Pls
bring along the following documents;

1. Completed Application Form attached with
2. 1 copy - Certified true copy of academic transcript / degree
scroll.
3. 1 copy - Certified true copy of passport.
4. 4 copy of photo (passport size).
5. Summary of Research Proposal - research candidate only
