USA; Postdoctoral Position - Neuroscience
Written by LOWONGAN KERJA TERBARU on 06:56A Postdoctoral training position is available to study neuronal repair and axonal growth in the central nervous system (CNS) at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. We are particularly interested in studying the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying neuronal regeneration, axon growth, cell death, the CNS injuries and neurodegenerative disorders (for details see J Neurosci 27: 4154; Nature 417:547-51, 2002; J Neurosci 23: 4219-27, 2003; Neuron 38: 187-99, 2003; J Neurosci 24: 10511-20, 2004; J Neurosci 20:1190-8, 2000).
The highly motivated individuals with strong background in molecular and cellular biology, neuroscience and biochemistry are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent in molecular biology, neuroscience or biochemistry.
